Kaiora Downs Horse Trails

Our family farming business is situated in the Amuri district 8km from Culverden. 

Bring your own horses and spend the day riding on the farm wherever the wind takes you, with the aid of a map of course, and relax in the evening on the veranda with a cuppa, and spend the night in the countryside.

The property offers wonderful scope for riding over a diversity of countryside. From the gently rolling downs, to elevated ridges giving splendid vistas overlooking the Amuri basin, with a range of 4WD tracks in between.
The accommodation is cosy, clean and a little rustic. It is single room Whare with full kitchen facilities which sleeps up to four people. The ablution block is situatated in the woolshed closeby.

 

Seasonal farming activities will mean the trails will be closed at certain times of the year.
